1. The Ritual of Preparation： Most orders process within 24-48 business hours of being placed. For made to order items please allow 15-40 Business days for processing.
2. Global Stewardship (Shipping Destinations) We facilitate passage to over 150 countries via premium couriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS. If your specific region is not available at checkout, please contact our curators at ziqistudio@outlook.com, and we will personally arrange a custom path to reach you.

7. Sovereign Commitment (Customs & Duties) To ensure a seamless experience for our collectors, ZIQISTUDIO assumes responsibility for all cross-border customs duties and taxes. Buyers are not required to pay additional fees upon arrival. Please note that regulations regarding artisanal crafts vary by region, and we strictly comply with all international ecological standards.
