REFUND POLICY

• Once an order has been placed we begin processing it immediately and are unable to make any changes, cancellations, or modifications to the order.
  We offer a 14 day return / exchange policy (from date order was received) on unopened and unused full price items* purchased from our website. Please contact us at ziqiartstudio@gmail.com to process a return.
  
• For returns initiated by personal preference rather than defect, the collector is responsible for the safe passage (shipping costs) and insurance of the returned piece to our atelier.
  
• In cases of arrival damage, we will engage in a personal dialogue to find the best resolution—be it a negotiated partial compensation or the creation and shipment of a new unique piece.
• All custom items are non-returnable.
• The Balance Restored (Refund Timing)Once your returned piece is safely back in our care and inspected, your refund will be processed within7 business days. Please understand that individual banking institutions may require additional time to reflect the restored balance in your account.
