Returns & Exchange
- Once an order has been placed we begin processing it immediately and are unable to make any changes, cancellations, or modifications to the order.
We offer a 14 day return / exchange policy (from date order was received) on unopened and unused full price items* purchased from our website. Please contact us at ziqiartstudio@gmail.com to process a return. - For returns initiated by personal preference rather than defect, the collector is responsible for the safe passage (shipping costs) and insurance of the returned piece to our atelier.
- In cases of arrival damage, we will engage in a personal dialogue to find the best resolution—be it a negotiated partial compensation or the creation and shipment of a new unique piece.
- All custom items are non-returnable.
